Hello, this bug is still affecting my laptop. This is a bit distracting when i want to open the app. Actually, this issue does not effect all applications. I noticed that only Google Chrome, Free Download Manager, and Krita were affected. What's interesting is that all the applications run normally when launched from the terminal without this issue.
