Public bug reported:
On 24.04, when I install the malcontent-gui, the malcontent will be installed
at the same time.
But on 26.04, the dependency is missing.
I installed the malcontent-gui on 26.04, and I could configure the restricted
applications. But it won't works when I login the child account.
After install malcontent by manual, this issue is gone.
The malcontent-gui should depend the malcontent, because malcontent-gui
could not work withouth malcontent.
