mutter (51~beta-1ubuntu2) stonking; urgency=medium
* Drop ubuntu/clutter-frame-clock-Separate-high-latency-and-low-latency.patch
because the higher frame rate it aimed for was at the expense of phase
consistency which is more distracting during kinetic scrolling.
Also reintroducing a while loop that doesn't exist in 51.beta is not a
safe approach while the new patch has not been retested against the bugs
it was fixing.
