Public bug reported:
If I click on the Files icon in the taskbar or try to save a file from
Firefox, nothing happens. If I try to save a file from Edge, the browser
freezes. If I write `nautilus /tmp` in the terminal, it prints `**
Message: 08:43:36.596: Connecting to
org.freedesktop.Tracker3.Miner.Files` and then hangs (and no file
explorer window is opened).
This only happens sometimes, and I don't know what triggers it. But once
it happens, it happens consistently after that until I reboot the
computer.
