ubuntu-settings (26.10.1) stonking; urgency=medium
* Override OOM killer policy for user session (LP: #2089800)
Identify critical components that makes all session tearing down and
override systemd units OOM and oomd policy for letting the session
survives on memory pressure by targetting user's apps first.
This is uploaded in a single set to be easily revertable as needed and
will base some future work on our user session.
