Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
In CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor applet:
When opening the preferences dialog I'm common to activate the frequency
selctor, e.g. to save battery capacity by switching down to 800MHz when using
my laptop's battery.
But by default the menu point is missing.
