** Description changed:

[ Impact ]

Holding Ctrl and using the mouse wheel or touchpad no longer zooms the
document in Evince, it scrolls it instead. This worked in previous
releases.

The scroll event controller is declared in the EvView widget template
(libview/evince-view.ui), but EvView doesn't pick up controllers from
its template, so the scroll handler ev_view_scroll_event(), which
implements Ctrl+scroll zoom, is never called. The fix, from upstream
merge request !746, removes the controller from the template and creates
it in ev_view_init() instead.

[ Test Plan ]

The test needs a graphical session, so it runs in an LXD virtual machine
with a desktop image. Opening the VM screen needs remote-viewer (virt-
viewer package) on the host.

1. Launch the VM and open its screen:

```
lxc launch images:ubuntu/stonking/desktop evince-sru --vm -c limits.cpu=2 -c
limits.memory=4GiB
lxc console evince-sru --type=vga
```

2. In another terminal on the host, get a root shell in the VM:

```
lxc shell evince-sru
```

In that shell, install evince, check its version and download a multi-
page PDF:

```
apt update
apt install -y evince
apt policy libevview-4.0-5
wget -O /tmp/test.pdf https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9110.pdf
```

The installed version should be 49~alpha-2ubuntu3.

3. In the VM desktop, open a terminal and run:

```
evince /tmp/test.pdf
```

4. Move the pointer over the document, hold Ctrl and scroll the mouse
wheel up, then down. Bug: the document scrolls and the zoom level in the
header bar stays the same. Close Evince.

5. In the root shell from step 2, enable -proposed and install the fixed
packages (the fix is in libevview-4.0-5):

```
add-apt-repository -y --pocket proposed
apt install -y -t stonking-proposed evince evince-common libevview-4.0-5
libevdocument-4.0-6
apt policy evince libevview-4.0-5
```

Both packages should be installed from stonking-proposed with version
49~alpha-2ubuntu3.1.

6. Repeat steps 3 and 4. Expected: Ctrl+wheel up zooms in, Ctrl+wheel
down zooms out, and the zoom level in the header bar changes.

7. Release Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel. Expected: the document
scrolls and the zoom level doesn't change.

[ Where problems could occur ]

With the fix, the scroll handler runs for every scroll event over the
document, not only Ctrl+scroll. Without Ctrl it only closes the link
preview popover and passes the event on, so a mistake there would show
up as broken normal scrolling in Evince, evince-previewer, or other
applications using libevview.

The tenacious and stonking uploads also change an include in libview/ev-
view-presentation.c. This only affects compilation: if it were wrong,
the package would fail to build rather than misbehave at runtime.

[ Other Info ]

Evince currently fails to build in tenacious and stonking, because GTK
4.24 only allows gdk/gdkkeysyms.h to be included through gdk/gdk.h (also
reported in Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/1148193). The uploads for
these releases therefore also include the upstream fix

https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evince/-/commit/b5c03ef0adb7d1fe51ac09fca2aa6f13cee3bdf2
from merge request
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evince/-/merge_requests/753, as a
separate patch that makes libview/ev-view-presentation.c include
gdk/gdk.h instead. Resolute has GTK 4.22, which doesn't have this
restriction, so the resolute upload doesn't include it.

Upstream issue: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evince/-/issues/2131
Upstream fix: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evince/-/merge_requests/746 (not
merged yet)
