It looks to me like the fatal line from what your provided is:
/bin/sh: /usr/bin/esd: not found
That file is provided by potentially two packages, pulseaudio-esound-
compat (part of pulseaudio) and esound. Please check and see if you
have one of those installed on your system. If one of those is not
installed, please install one (I'd suggest esound as it's a simpler
package) and report if that solves your problem. If one of those is
installed, then we need to understand why it's not being found by
evolution.
