Wife: I can't remove the USB key.
Me: Sure you can, just right click on the icon...
W: I've already done that!
M: And?
W: I can't remove the USB key!
M: Do you get the menu when you right click?
W: Yes!
M: Then just choose "Unmount Volume".
W: Oh, is that what I should choose? Ah, that works.
