Sorry didn't know how to get more information and launching nautilus from terminal didn't gave me any output. Thank you for pointing me the right direction, now I know what to do. Unfortunately I reinstalled ubuntu and now i can't reproduce the bug. Well...that is less one problem to solve for me. Just one left with the fglrx driver.
