Thank you for your bug. You can set
/apps/nautilus/preferences/show_advanced_permissions in gconf-editor to
get the old dialog. Closing the request since that's an user option and
it's not really easy to manage a list of comments like that in a bug.
Feel free to open specific bugs about the simplified interface if you
think this one should be changed
