I agree with the non-inclusion of gnome-keyring-manager on GNOME 2.10 release. We agreed during 2.8 release that we should improve the UI of g-k-m and that we should work with the Usability team in this area. We failled to do it during the 2.9 development time, maybe because lack of resources from the UI team of because lack of communication. That is why we didn't regular releases: no UI --> no code --> no releases. Anyway, James Cape did a great new UI design [1] and James Bowes is implementing it [2] in a new branch. So I hope we can have a final UI accepted by everyone for 2.12. What we would need is to agree on this UI and the user interaction with it (launching from menus? launching it via the authdialog in libgnomeui?). Thanks.
