yes, I was thinking exactly something like windows one. But I can´t realize a way to do this.... if we create an function for gnome to launch programs in a top processes, like gnome-session, and nautilus and gnome-panel use this to lanch programs, we can change gnome-session environment e relaunch programs. I think this work, but don´t know if it´s possible
