It would help a lot to keep consistence in gtk applications, and
moreover, it would help a lot if these messages/strings are carefully
elaborated to be usefull for users -- many times developers write
messages that are absolutely useless for users, because 0) users can not
understand them and 1) the messages doesn't suggest them how to go over
the problem, if any.
