I'm pretty sure that this is the same bug as
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4320

At Suse we have Stefan Dirsch looking into that particular bug.  This
may help the capplet, but again, someone needs to profile the capplet to
see what is going on.
