Please explain the problem? It is most certainly possible to build the
modules not using po/LINGUAS. The new intltool does not require
po/LINGUAS to be used. It simply prefers it over ALL_LINGUAS. If there
are issues with ALL_LINGUAS, please file bugs appropriately. If there
are newlines in the ALL_LINGUAS variable causing the "sed command"
failure error at configure time, please fix the variables in the affect
modules to not include newlines, or to use po/LINGUAS instead.
