It can easily happen because install-module generates the .bz2 files;
if gstreamer.fd.o has .bz2 tarball generated somewhere else, the timestamps
will be different (and maybe bzip was run with different options). What I
do for gtk nowadays is to upload the .gz to master.gnome.org, install-module
it, then transfer the .bz2 from master.gnome.org to ftp.gtk.org.
