The NetworkManager applet. I proposed inclusion at GUADEC. I'd like to
do what we do with, say, g-v-m and HAL. nm-applet is like g-v-m, it is
a GNOME component and can go in our desktop. NetworkManager's parallel
is HAL. We don't have to include the daemon itself in GNOME, just
depend on something that implements the NM DBUS API.
