Ouch; looks like a bug.  Most of the stats are generated from the same
functions used in common bugzilla reports (e.g.
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/weekly-bug-summary.cgi,
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/patch-diligence-report.cgi) and thus are
unlikely to have any major bugs, but the duplicate stat is one that
was hand-crafted in the year-ends stats script (which has now only
been used twice and has probably been modified more times than
that...).  If anyone would like to investigate this bug for me, please
have a look at
