I don't think it should be too hard to either file a bug in bugzilla
or find the appropriate people in IRC.  It's also a safety valve; the
GARNOME folks are usually the most on top of nasty build issues and by
making people notify them, the GARNOME folks will get a chance to warn
people of possible issues (or at least know who was responsible when
it breaks later).  ;-)
