Then why not having a dropdown list on password save for the
keyring-daemon to know where to put the newly saved password ?

It looks sane for stuff like GPG key passwords, that are more important
than HTTP/FTP passwords. This latter kind of password make people quick
on clicking on the "always allow" button. Maybe such a behaviour should
actually be proned by default.
