Actually, not so much. The accessibility keyboard capplet is going to go away. Discussion isstill ongoing (on gnomecc-list) about where it will go, but it seems likely there will be a unified "keyboard" or "keyboard and mouse" thingy that those settings will be merged into. Yes, this may mean we need to think about which options we want to expose and how we can best present them, but I actually consider that a good thing. gnome-at-properties is pretty much an empty shell anyway, and as soon as we find a way to get rid of that last checkbox it will hopefully fadeaway, too [1].
