The lack of package management (or even an half-integrated build system,
a-la jhbuild) on Windows makes it a right pain in the neck to develop
any GTK+ app on Windows.

I tried it with Tor's help at the GUADEC in Stuttgart and never got the
force to finish. Give me something akin to the above and I'll port Totem
to Windows.
