I've branched libsoup for 2.22 and updated jhbuild.
Some development for 2.24 has been going on on various branches of
http://gnome.org/~danw/libsoup.git, and some of that will be merged to
svn trunk soon.
Plans for 2.24 include:
- Stuff needed for the WebKit libsoup backend. Especially stuff
needed for the WebKit libsoup backend needed for Epiphany.
- Stuff other libsoup users have asked for
