It's a very nice help browser but it does not provide all the functionality that GIMP needs. As long as there is no widely accepted and implemented Free Desktop standard for a help system, applications like GIMP will have to continue to invent and implement their own. I would very much welcome such a standard and I can try to help if someone wants to work on such a beast.
