I'd like to bump to 0.11.3. This will allow me to fix #579813.
Actually I plan to use latest 0.11.x releases during this cycle. We plan
to release tp-glib 0.12.0 (stable branch) in time for GNOME 2.32 so
distributions will ship this version.
I guess that's ok?
