Hi, I'd like to bump the Cairo dependency for 1.10 for Gtk 3. Cairo 1.10 adds a few features that I want to use in the public GDK API - most notably regions - and this change needs to be done while we can break API.
Cairo 1.10 is not released yet, but is scheduled for release on August 16th. [1] Prereleases will appear every other week, the current one is 1.9.8.
