Have you checked that a recent version of Glib works on MINIX? Plus, AFAIR, GTK+ 2.X wasn't ported. Having a working recent Glib, the next step would be to try to compile GTK+ and its dependencies. I wish you good luck and I hope you do a great job. Cheers, -- Joaquim Rocha
