It seems to me that we will need to put these things into live.gnome.org.  I
checked to see if we had something there already but didn't see a cohesive
plan on this.

I don't mind volunteering to start this.  I feel out of the loop these days
so it might be worthy short term project for me.  Boston Summit should be
used as a spring board to flesh out everything.

To clarify, we want to create a gnome 3 page that maps out what we are plans
are from now till the gnome 3 launch.  We have about 5-6 months to get this
accomplished so we don't have a lot of time and there is probably lots to
do.
