Found it out myself already. The bug was reported here:

The patch to fix it is in archlinux SVN:
http://repos.archlinux.org/wsvn/packages/libwebkit/trunk/introspection.patch

AFAIK webkit introspection is needed to build Epiphany with
introspection support, Epiphany can't support seed extensions without
it.
