To be honest, Rygel in 2.32 isn't the experience we want to offer to users. We still have separate capplets for Rygel, gnome-user-share, and vino, and we'd want to merge all that under one panel for 3.0. Given the user experience, I don't feel so bad that it was ignored from the release notes this time, and we can offer a much better user experience when we get to 3.0, and publicise it.
