Hello, Does anyone make use of the UNCONFIRMED vs NEW distinction in Bugzilla?
I think it does more harm than good. We have UNCONFIRMED, NEW, ASSIGNED. I think at the moment we only use UNCONFIRMED and RESOLVED, totally ignoring NEW mostly.
