Peter is trying to help. He did something very cool, trying not to criticise (despite criticism is good, he even didn't criticise!), but to fix things that most people recognise are broken. He categorised issues, made examples, and even if his English is not perfect the least you can do is to spent a couple of minutes reading his email. Since you are sure there's lots of valid criticisms in here, so is a good to read it for a change.
