Heya, If you've been removing multiple items at once in GNOME Videos, please go and inspect your Trash/Wastebasket before emptying it.
A pretty bad bug means that we were removing the wrong items from the list: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=729778 This bug applies to GNOME 3.12 and master, and can be fixed using this patch: https://git.gnome.org/browse/totem/commit/?id=524c9e39a0ca6f2d1699e6e6d9ba3db1ea80d9f9 New releases for GNOME 3.12 will be coming shortly.
