If you have a concrete case, please file a ticket. The main issues is
that several of the files can be generated of a sourcefile. All gtkdoc
tools should ideally use a search-path to locate files. This would avoid
copying. I just needs to be done ...

FYI: we're rewriting all of gtkdoc to python right now, hopefully this
also lets us cleanup a few quirks.

Help is very welcome.
