It would be great do have it customizable. You can customize this behavior
both in CDE and KDE. Solaris users coming from the CDE environment
expect pg-up/down to have this default behavior. Fortunately, I can still run
CDE on my main desktop but it's a problem on my desktop where I have
switched over to gnome.
