I am looking for a docker program to allow "docking" programs in my Gnome panel. The Mozilla project seems to recommend 'kdocker'. I got 'kdocker' built and installed (required that I also build Qt-3.3.4) but it does not behave correctly under Solaris. It does dock the program it is launched in and is able to display a menu, but it spins in a tight loop spewing error messages.
