I fixed the X packages in snv_73, but because JDS built their packages
with the fake x11.pc workaround, their packages acquired the dependency.

That side effect is fixed in the JDS build 75 packages (which were posted
earlier this week), since those were built with the X packages from snv_73.

On my desktop installed with nv_74 + vermillion_75, there are no files in
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/*.pc that list x11 in the requires line.
