only audience for users and contributors of the spec-files-extra
repository, regardless from where they might come from:
I announce, that I've submittet a discussion proposal at our
UnConference at the internal Sun-Engineering-Conference in October:
"Build Free Open Source Software on Solaris the easy way"
- troubles bringing FOSS to (Open-)Solaris - available solutions?
- how to evolve spec-files-extra
- automated builds
- should be somewhere a configuration-layer for software-stacks
(configuration-recipes separate from SVR4 packages or whatever
comes next - this is my biggest bullet on my personal whishlist)
- any news about the "new"-packaging efforts?
Look for CEC_UnConference on cepedia (sorry, sun-internal resource).
If others have suggestions or a whishlist, please let us know, so
we can pick up your ideas and thoughts!
