The version of Real Player we ship with s10u2 or snv does not play cd's.

What about considering gtkpod? I use this on Linux and it works like
itunes - in that it allows you interact with an ipod, sort your music,
create playlists, etc. I had planned to try and create a solaris pkg for
this but just never got around to setting up a build environment.
