There's nothing that I can see that uses this. Metacity has a compile time option to build a compositing manager with the composite extension, but doesn't build it unless you explicitly enable it [and mentions that it's also broken]. I've also checked some of the accessibility related tools that I thought *may* want to use it - but nothing there either. Luminocity isn't part of the official release yet, thankfully ;) Glynn
