I don't know enough about this really, but it would appear to depend on v4l, which isn't generally available as a shared package AFAIK, but only as a private element of Ekiga, this may need to change if this is to work - but there could be lots of other reasons under the cover, since I see a lot of Exceptions when I ran it...
