Yes, the WAV files created are corrupted. I have played other WAV files
no problem. So now, after evaluation I have one question, one
observation/statement, and one related question.

Question:

I have never filed a bug and require a little guidance. So where do I
start.

Observation/Statement:

In my evaluation I discovered another error with Sound Juicer (from the
command line).

$ sound-juicer

(sound-juicer:4435): Gtk-WARNING **: ld.so.1: sound-juicer: fatal:
/a/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/immodules/im-xim.so: open failed: No such file
or directory

.
.
.

$ su
Password:
.
.
.
# mkdir /a/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0
# ln -s /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/immodules
/a/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/immodules
# exit
$ sound-juicer
$

So there is a problem with a library im-xim.so where sound-juicer cannot
find it in "/a" (which doesn't exist).

So I'll file a bug here too.

Related Question:

With sound Juicer, it doesn't encode MP3 files. So I downloaded "lame"
which I saw it required for encoding MP3 files. Why does it not list it
as an option? Is it encoded with this option removed or do I need to
set something to allow it listed?
