Hi, I know this is an OpenSolaris mailing list, but I was wondering if anyone had encountered this problem:
I am using Solaris 10 / SunOS 5.10 Generic_127112-11 x86 on a Sun Ultra 24, with the TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-H653B DVD machine (Dual Layer) R/W (Firmware : Rev. SI01 (0921)). I attempt to write a 6GB+ file to the blank 8GB in my DVD machine, but both cdrw and cdrecord report not enough space on the media. In fact, they both think there is only 600MB or so of space on the media. Has anyone got 8GB disk burning working with Solaris or OpenSolaris? If so, can anyone help with updated drivers or utilities I might need.
