I have seen several Self Review cases filed for this type of thing.  I 
sent one to a sponsor earlier today to move the rest of Foomatic, 
GhostScript, HPIJS, and Gimpprint out of /usr/sfw.  If you are upgrading 
as well, you would need to at least FastTrack it.  If someone thinks 
that it needs more scrutiny, I'm sure that they will speak up.
