*I* don't know if there is speech-recognition software for GNOME, but that 
doesn't mean there isn't any.

Two of our engineers are at a conference on Technology for persons with 
disabilities. Their report from halfway through the conference is very 
interesting. When they return I'm sure that they can tell you what wonderful
