the builds will be ready these days. Our currently process is that we manually update releasenote page(adding the link of Solaris builds) after we upload bits on Mozilla community. But Thunderbird 1.5.0.12 was an exception, which sounds like Mozilla community added the link for us. We will check it with them and get improvement in the future. Thanks very much for your input!
