As it has already been explained, changing a compiler's ABI or 
implementing a new ABI alongside an already existing one, is not 
something which can happen quickly.

And even if this was possible at the flip of a switch, it would not 
solve anything anyway, because g++ already has several C++ ABI's, and 
they are incompatible with each other.
