This is getting quite normal. Audiohd is letting lots of soundcards
down which did work before boomer. It seems as if it is not quite ready
yet to be integrated, but it still is ;-( We'll see much more comps
without sounds in the coming days.

I installed boomer manualy on OpenSolaris-2009.06 and had the same
issue (be it with another codec). Luckely I could reverse it :)
Hope to see this solved quickly.
