I know the error and I know that its really harmless. The issue that I had was that after the install script was finished that package was missing. It was never installed and I needed to install it manually. Anyways, the machine is totally hosed from a desktop perspective. useless and I even tried to create a whole new user and then login but nothing seems to work except my mouse. I see a background color, there is a cute orange globe button ( doesn't work ) and a panel along the bottom of the screen. No desktop icons at all. I can move my mouse around and around. I can click anywhere and everywhere with any button and .. nothing. -- Dennis Clarke
