I know the error and I know that its really harmless.

The issue that I had was that after the install script was finished that
package was missing.  It was never installed and I needed to install it
manually.

Anyways, the machine is totally hosed from a desktop perspective.
useless and I even tried to create a whole new user and then login
but nothing seems to work except my mouse.  I see a background color,
there is a cute orange globe button ( doesn't work ) and a panel
along the bottom of the screen.

No desktop icons at all.

I can move my mouse around and around.

I can click anywhere and everywhere with any button and .. nothing.
